Terms of Service

  • All goods are made to order (we want to make sure it’s super fresh for you!) - please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be made (you will be contacted once your order is ready for pick up or to be shipped).

    Shipping is express via Australia Post - please note that delivery times are subject to shipping timeframes outlined by Australia post. Delivery for Melbourne Metro - $10. Delivery outside of Melbourne metro and interstate- $20. Need your order by a specific date? Reach out to info@bakeituptome.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate.

    Cookie slabs and pizzas are not able to be shipped interstate or regional. Delivery radius is 25km from Cheltenham.

    Pick up is available from Cheltenham for all products. Pick up instructions will be shared once you have been notified

    Custom orders - please allow a 2 week lead time to allow for custom supplies to be ordered (Only the finest ingredients and cookie cutters (for sugar cookies) for you!). Please allow for additional shipping time which is not included in this timeframe.

    All quotes are valid for one week from the date provided. By accepting the quote and making a payment, you confirm that all details are correct.

    As all items are made to order, we require full payment before we start baking - yep, this includes custom orders.

    Our products are all hand made which means that there can sometime be a slight size and colour variance. This also includes some changes to toppings which may not 100% match what you see on website - however we promise that it is all made with love and be absolutely delicious! Ingredients are also subject to availability - we reserve the right to make changes without prior consultation.

    Sending any of our goodies as a gift? Please specify in notes at checkout.

    We reserve the right to photograph all created products (including custom orders) and share on our website and socials.

  • Change of mind - once an online order has been placed we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for change of mind, so be sure to check all your details before submitting your order. Additionally, we cannot be held liable if an incorrect address has been entered.

    Damage during shipping - We take a lot of care when packing your order to keep it safe however we cannot accommodate for handling once it reaches the hands of Australia Post (we cannot guarantee against damage during transit and as they are perishable items, we cannot be held liable).

    For any products that are collected in person from us, we recommend that you check the state of the product before leaving. Once you have collected the product, you accept that you are happy with the state of your product and we cannot be held liable for any damage during your trip home (and therefore no refunds once picked up).

    We do not offer refunds however if you are not satisfied with your product please email us immediately at info@bakeituptome.com and we will look into resolving the issue.

    We have the right to cancel or not accept any orders if the request cannot be met.

We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

    You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

    Bake It Up To Me will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

    In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

    Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

    It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
