Deliveries

  • All goods are made to order as we want to make sure it’s super fresh for you!

    Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be made. You will be contacted once your order is ready to be shipped, or ready for pick up.

    For custom orders, please allow a 2 week lead time to allow for custom supplies to be ordered (Only the finest ingredients and cookie cutters (for sugar cookies) for you!). Please allow for additional shipping time which is not included in this timeframe.

  • Shipping is express via Australia Post.

    Please note that delivery times are subject to shipping timeframes outlined by Australia post. As a general idea, the same state is 1-2 business days, and Interstate is 1-3 business days. They are generally pretty good at following these timelines, however this could be longer during peak conjestion times ya know (Christmas, Easter, etc.) and if it’s going to a more regional location.

  • Everywhere in Australia for our smaller treats (Sugar Cookies and Loaded Cookies).

    At this stage we only deliver our Cookie Slabs and Pizzas within a 25km radius of Cheltenham (VIC) as these are hand delivered for their safety. (Imagine the frosting mess on the other end if we sent these babies through Aus Post!)

  • Damage during shipping - We take a lot of care when packing your order to keep it safe however we cannot accommodate for handling once it reaches the hands of Australia Post (we cannot guarantee against damage during transit and as they are perishable items, we cannot be held liable).

    For any products that are collected in person from us, we recommend that you check the state of the product before leaving. Once you have collected the product, you accept that you are happy with the state of your product and we cannot be held liable for any damage during your trip home (and therefore no refunds once picked up).

    Our products are all hand made which means that there can sometimes be a slight size and colour variance. This also includes some changes to toppings which may not 100% match what you see on website - however we promise that it is all made with love and be absolutely delicious!

    Ingredients are also subject to availability - we reserve the right to make changes without prior consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once an online order has been placed we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for change of mind, so be sure to check all your details before submitting your order. Additionally, we cannot be held liable if an incorrect address has been entered.

  • Even though we cannot advertise gluten-free status (just as yet), all our products are made with gluten-free ingredients for the sake of our head baker (she has to be able to taste test her creations).

    The registered kitchen that we use does also prepare gluten-containing products so we do have to share that disclaimer.
